Chef Chris Curado started his career working under Executive Chef Thomas Ciszak at Copeland in Morristown. While working under him he had the honor of assisting him at several James Beard events in NYC. He then took a year off to follow his dream and worked alongside a ** Michelin Star Chef in Italy. Upon his return, he was Chef De Cuisine at Chakra in Paramus, Executive Chef at Esty Street, and General Manager at City Bistro in Hoboken. His culinary journey has brought Chris and his cousin Michael Ponte to open a food truck. Together they set out toreinvent the signature dish of Pontes Restaurant called “The Angry Lobster” and started ‘The Angry Crab” based out of Jersey City, NJ.
